Terms of Use

Welcome to ZeeZoom (zeezoom.app), an online service for creating videos and images with artificial intelligence (the “Service”). The Service is operated by [company name], registration no. [registration no.], [address], phone [customer phone], email [email protected] (“we”).

By using the Service you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cancellation & Refund Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service lets you write a script, generate voiceover, add captions and music, use stock footage, your own files or AI-generated clips, and edit it all into a video — as well as create images with several models at once.

Creation relies on third-party AI providers and services. AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable for a given purpose — review every output before you use or publish it.

We may change, add or remove features, models and providers from time to time.

The Service is intended for people aged 18 and over. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18.

You can sign up with an email address or a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials safe and for all activity in your account, and will notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

If you connect your own API keys for AI providers, their use is also subject to those providers’ terms, and their charges are between you and them.

The Service uses prepaid credits, with no subscription and no monthly charge. One credit equals one US cent ($0.01). The final amount to pay — including VAT where applicable and in the currency you will be charged — is shown at checkout before you confirm. Credits do not expire while your account is active.

Before every paid creation an estimated cost in credits is shown, and credits are reserved only after you approve. The final charge follows actual usage and may differ slightly from the estimate.

If a creation fails for technical reasons, the credits reserved for it are released and not charged.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, and is responsible for payment collection, invoicing and applicable taxes. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

When you use your own API keys, we do not charge credits for the provider cost of that action.

Cancellations and refunds follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

“Input” is anything you enter or upload — text, prompts, scripts, video, audio and image files. “Outputs” are the videos, images, voiceovers and captions the Service generates for you.

To the extent the law allows, as between you and us, your Input and Outputs belong to you. You grant us a limited license to store, process, transmit to the AI providers you choose and display your content solely to operate the Service for you.

We do not use your content to train our own models. AI providers process it under their own terms and policies.

You confirm you hold all rights and consents your Input requires, including the explicit consent of anyone who appears in it, whose voice is recorded or whose face is used. Using a person’s name, image or voice without consent may violate their privacy and may be a criminal offense.

AI outputs may not be protected by copyright, and similar outputs may be generated for other users. You are responsible for how you use and publish Outputs.

Use of the Service is subject to the Acceptable Use & AI Content Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Violations may lead to content removal, suspension or account closure.

Videos are private by default. If you create a share link, anyone with the link can watch the video; a video set to “public” may also be visible to search engines.

You can revoke a share link at any time, and it stops working. We cannot control copies others downloaded or saved before revocation.

Content created in 18+ mode cannot be shared by link.

The Service integrates AI providers, stock libraries (such as Pexels and Pixabay), storage and payment services. Stock content is subject to its licenses, and providers are subject to their terms.

We are not responsible for the availability, quality or content of third-party services.

The Service, interface, code, branding and marks of ZeeZoom belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, replicate or commercially exploit them beyond normal use of the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that outputs will fit a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. These limits do not apply to damage caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under law, including consumer protection law.

You will reimburse our reasonable costs arising from a third-party claim to the extent it results from your breach of these Terms or of the law — including Input you had no right to use — provided we notified you of the claim and allowed you to defend it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, or where required by law, with prior notice and reasons where possible. If we close an account for reasons other than your breach, we will refund unused credits.

You can ask at any time to close your account and delete your data by writing to [email protected]. Unused credits are handled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will announce material changes to your detriment on the site and by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you disagree, you can close your account and get a refund for unused credits. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of [court city] have jurisdiction, without limiting a consumer’s right to sue in any court competent under law, including small claims court.
