Acceptable Use & AI Content Policy

ZeeZoom is a creative tool. You are responsible for what you request, upload and publish. This policy is part of the Terms of Use.

• Any sexual content involving minors or appearing to depict minors — zero tolerance. Such accounts will be closed and reported to the authorities.
• Intimate or sexual content of a real person without their explicit consent, including “deepfakes” — publishing it may be a criminal offense under Israel’s Prevention of Sexual Harassment Law.
• Impersonation of a person or organization, or misleadingly showing a real person saying or doing something they did not.
• Disinformation intended to deceive, especially about elections, health and security.
• Incitement, violence, terrorism, harassment, threats and hate content.
• Infringement of others’ copyright, trademarks, privacy, reputation (defamation) or rights in their name, image and voice.
• Fraud, spam, malware or any other unlawful use.

Uploading a person’s face, voice or likeness is allowed only if it is you, or you have that person’s explicit consent.

Face swap is allowed only with your own face or faces of adults who gave explicit, documented consent — and never in sexual content without such consent.

18+ mode is for adults only and is turned on by you. By turning it on you confirm you are 18 or older and that such use is lawful where you are. We may require additional age verification.

18+ content is allowed only for fictional adult characters or real adults who gave explicit consent. Such content is not shown in the regular library and gallery and cannot be shared by link.

• Do not bypass rate limits, credit charges or security measures.
• Do not scrape, overload or attempt to break into the Service or our providers’ infrastructure.
• Do not share accounts or resell access to the Service.

Many platforms — and laws such as the EU AI Act — require labeling content created or altered with AI, especially deepfakes. You are responsible for labeling when you publish. Do not remove or falsify labels or metadata indicating that content was AI-generated.

If this policy is violated we may remove content, revoke share links, suspend or close the account and report to authorities where the law requires.

Found content that violates this policy, or that harms you? Report it to [email protected] with a link and a description. We review every report promptly, remove infringing content or revoke its share link, and give the content owner a chance to respond where appropriate.
